What we collect

• Applicants: name, contact details, nationality, rank, sea service, certificates and CV links submitted through our application forms.
• Students: name, contact details, course selection and existing certificates submitted through enrollment forms.
• Clients: company and contact details submitted through crew request forms.

Why we process it

• To match applicants against crew vacancies and process engagements with shipowner clients.
• To administer course enrollment, attendance and certification.
• To meet flag-state, class and vetting documentation requirements during placement.

Sharing

Applicant data is shared with shipowner clients only for the purpose of evaluating a specific engagement, and with flag administrations, classification societies and vetting bodies as required for a placement. We never sell personal data.

Retention & rights

Crew pool records are retained while a seafarer remains available for employment, or deleted on request. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address on our contact page.

Cookies

This site is static and sets no tracking cookies. Form submissions are sent to our own endpoint only.
