About Anchorline Maritime
A crewing desk and a training academy under one roof — deliberately kept at arm's length from each other.
Who we are
Anchorline Maritime recruits and manages deck and engine crew for owners and managers of crude, product and chemical tankers. Our crewing desk handles sourcing, vetting, documentation and relief planning under crew management agreements — the shipowner pays for the service, the seafarer never does.
The academy
Our training academy runs STCW courses with published prices and start dates: Basic Safety Training, tanker familiarization and advanced cargo operations, firefighting, medical, security and ECDIS. The academy is open to everyone and is run as a standalone training business — see our compliance policy for how the wall between training sales and recruitment works.
Why tanker specialists
Tanker crewing is vetting-driven: OCIMF/SIRE standards, advanced cargo endorsements and chemical-specific experience decide whether a crew passes inspection. We recruit against those standards from day one, so our clients get crews that satisfy vetting and our seafarers get matched to vessels where their certificates actually count.
