Responsibilities
- Navigational watchkeeping (II/1)
- Cargo watch and manifold supervision
- GMDSS duties and bridge equipment maintenance
- Vetting inspection support
Requirements
- STCW II/1 Certificate of Competency (Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch)
- Basic Oil/Chemical Tanker Familiarization (V/1-1) minimum; V/1-2 preferred
- 12+ months sea service on tankers as 2nd/3rd Officer
- Valid GMDSS (GOC) certificate
